Associate Manager - Training and Placement (International Hotel Management)

Job Description

INLEAD invite you to be a part of exciting opportunity at the Corporate Affairs. The Asst. Manger /Manager Training and Placement will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs. This manager position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can build and manage relationship with corporate. An individual will have to handle initial prospect contact through the entire process and further build up the relationship. This position would involve travel to PAN India Locations during the year and to meet quarterly/annual Targets.

Position Duties

  • Prepare Database of the relevant international clientele and convince them for the campus placement.
  • Organize meetings and sessions with international corporate to understand their Manpower requirement.
  • Handle the Enquiry calls for placements.
  • Analyze the Placement and Training needs of the students and arrange for the same.
  • Coordinate with students, faculty, corporate for placement activities


Position Requisites   

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience into international trainings & placements
  • Post Graduation in marketing
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives
  • Comfortable using general office software applications

Job Description

The Asst. Manger /Manager/Senior Manager Marketing will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs. The position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can manage a team of high performance associates from initial prospect contact through the entire process. This position would also be responsible for all outbound activities and may involve travel to PAN India Locations during the year. The position requires leading a highly charged target oriented sales Team.
