Associate Manager - Training and Placement (International Hotel Management)
Job Description
INLEAD invite you to be a part of exciting opportunity at the Corporate Affairs. The Asst. Manger /Manager Training and Placement will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs. This manager position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can build and manage relationship with corporate. An individual will have to handle initial prospect contact through the entire process and further build up the relationship. This position would involve travel to PAN India Locations during the year and to meet quarterly/annual Targets.
Position Duties
- Prepare Database of the relevant international clientele and convince them for the campus placement.
- Organize meetings and sessions with international corporate to understand their Manpower requirement.
- Handle the Enquiry calls for placements.
- Analyze the Placement and Training needs of the students and arrange for the same.
- Coordinate with students, faculty, corporate for placement activities
Position Requisites
- 2+ years of relevant working experience into international trainings & placements
- Post Graduation in marketing
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives
- Comfortable using general office software applications
- Must be organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Excel working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Senior Manager - Admissions
Job Description
The Asst. Manger /Manager/Senior Manager Marketing will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs. The position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can manage a team of high performance associates from initial prospect contact through the entire process. This position would also be responsible for all outbound activities and may involve travel to PAN India Locations during the year. The position requires leading a highly charged target oriented sales Team.
Position Duties
- Managing the Team of Counselors and Tele callers
- Identify and qualify the sales leads
- Quality Analysis of the Database provided to the team
- Performance management of the team
- Organizing and Delivering Presentations in colleges
- Provide product information to prospective students
- Tele counseling and handling walk-ins
- Counseling the Students
- Handling Education Fairs
- Maintaining MIS and reports
Position Requisites
- 4+ years of experience in BPO Industry in the Sales Process
- Post Graduation in Marketing
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)

Manager - Admissions
Job Description

Your main responsibility will be lead qualification as you will serve as initial point of contact with prospective students and provide product information to prospects interested in learning more about INLEAD's courses. You will be required to demonstrate selling skills and work closely with team leads to ensure prospects turn into actual students and meet regular Target. The career path in this position is unlike any other sales position you may have seen in the market.
Position Duties:
- Lead identification and qualification

Candidate Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials (Preferably MBA).

INLEAD invite you to be a part of exciting opportunity at the Executive Office and get involved with a myriad range of work areas ranging from public relations, business development, and policy formulation to representing the Managing Director for all functional activities pertaining to the Company’s internal and external affairs. The opportunity offers excellent compensation ranging from INR 500,000 to INR 1 Million and growth opportunities up to Vice President Level.
Work Hours
By the nature of the role and the growth opportunity, the Executive Office requires extreme flexibility in work schedules, timings and travel flexibility.
Position Duties
- Represent the Managing Director for all internal affairs of the Company including coordination with senior functionaries of the Organization for day-to-day issues requiring issue identification and resolution
- Represent the Managing Director for all external affairs of the Company including coordinating and partaking in social engagements including luncheons, dinners, club meetings and networking engagements
- Managing the office of the Managing Director for all logistics, guest relations, external and internal communications
